"disrespectful receptionist "

i will not knock the doctors, the doctors are brilliant but the rude receptionist and the non understanding manager.

there was no duty of care or wellbeing didn't even want to hear me out as it was busy and when i said i'm in a lot of pain please understand me and hear me out i was then told if your that bad go to a&e and put the phone down.

This is not on actually very disgusting and disrespectful, they have no idea what that patient is going through there mental state could be vulnerable and not being heard can take them off the edge completely. this receptionist and manager have no idea what they have done. i'm so very angry of how i was treated
