(as a service user),

Attended my appointment as planned. Met at reception by a nurse who took me through. The ultrasound was completed with the procedure being clearly explained throughout. Both nurses (From Caithness) were extremely professional, pleasant and talkative throughout. Thankfully no issues were found. I have had a few appointments/treatments with the NHS over the past few years and all staff and treatment have been great, including my local doctors surgery and pharmacy.  For this particular appointment, both staff were exceptional. Thank you NHS.
