"Caring staff"

I recently attended the practice with my daughter who was suffering badly with a mouth infection. I was given the option straight away to send photos in for someone to review due to there not being any appointments as it was near closing time. But just as I was trying to get the photos the receptionist kindly mentioned that they had just had a cancellation for an appointment first thing in the morning so we took that appointment as she was in alot of pain. The receptionist was really caring and the next morning asked my daughter if she was feeling any better. The doctor we saw was great she examined my daughter with care and prescribed antibiotics and mouth drops that have really helped. I felt like we were taken care of and that they could see how distressed my daughter was and they acted on that so thank you!!
