About: Royal Cornwall Hospital (Treliske) / Same Day Medical Assessment (SDMA)

(as a service user),

I was referred at very short notice to RCH Treliske’s Same Day Medical Department.  It was plainly evident that things were busy for the staff, but they still somehow found time to reassure me, inform me, and make me feel welcome.   In a time when the NHS is under so much criticism, I am in awe of the professionalism and kindness of the team there.

I am please that the staff on SDMA took the time to reassure and inform you as well as made you feel welcome. It is great to hear what a professional and kind team they are.
