About: Grantham & District Hospital / Gynaecology

(as a service user),

When I arrived at the department it was unsure if I had an appointment due to me only receiving a telephone call and no letter . The nurse practitioner running the clinic agreed to see me last minute. What a fantastic patient and respectful professional she is . The support staff were also respectful and empathetic, making an uncomfortable experience bearable and I felt very lucky to have seen this team . Amazing!!!!!!!
