I needed to have an in growing toe nail removed on right foot and Dr had performed same procedure on left foot a few years ago. I called the practice to make an appointment but the receptionist said she thought Dr stopped performing such procedures and particularly in light of new role and responsibilities. The receptionist kindly said she would email Dr and ask the question. The next day I received a text asking me to take photos of toe and asking for details of what I needed doing and why. I did this and also asked for some antibiotics as I thought the area was infected. Within 1 hour I received a text to confirm antibiotics were ready and available at my pharmacy of choice and I had an appointment 5 days later to have the procedure. I could not believe the excellent and urgent patient service provided by Dr.
Yesterday I had the procedure at Brandon Road and all being well I can remove the dressing on Thursday.
Dr is one of the nicest, kindest and most compassionate doctors I have ever experienced. Thank you and good luck in your new role.
