My daughter attends the surestart 2 year programme in Coalisland. The staff are fantastic. Shannen, Rhiannon and Emma are the main team but even the girls who have came to cover have been brilliant at their job.
My daughter loves going and since attending we have seen so many positives in her development. The staff are so friendly and approachable and nothing is a bother even though at times my child can present with behaviours that challenge.
They are so supportive and attentive in the care they provide and keep parents well informed of any wee details or changes with the children. They want the best for the children and help with supporting statements or information is needed for drs.
I am so grateful for the opportunity my daughter has got by attending the 2 year programme and I only wish I had of availed of the service with my other 2 children. I can not praise Surestart enough and think they deserve recognition for all their hard work. Well done girls :)
