"Amazing admin staff"

I need to provide dental clinical information to make a claim for my son. His consent is required and the legal process to date has been arduous. 

I have dealt with an amazing staff member called Sian, who remembered my call from a previous occasion and personally took responsibility for working out what I needed to do. She phoned me back with additional information and could not have been more helpful. 

In a busy department, with lots of demands, she is an asset. Thanks Sian!
