My therapist was Rebecca, I felt very safe opening up to her, she made me feel comfortable. I didn’t feel under any pressure, she found out I made art, she worked the therapy around me and asked me to express my past experiences, in a timeline through my art visually, this made it easier for me to verbally address my painful experiences. Rebecca is totally down to earth and relatable,I would 100% recommend her. Thanks for helping me Rebecca it’s been a pleasure meeting you.

The opportunity to use your artistic talents to express yourself in therapy which led to you being able to open and verbally articulate your experience, is what therapy is about!
