I have had several MRI scans in the past and as I’m very claustrophobic I have found them quite terrifying, even after a large dose of diazepam!However, this new scanner is amazing, a very different experience and they have gone out of their way to make it a pleasant experience. Amazing screen to watch, with headphones to listen to very comforting voice on the video. The staff were so kind, considerate, thoughtful and very reassuring.

I’m pleased to say it was actually a pleasurable experience.
