I feel very fortunate to be registered with this practice.,i never have a problem in getting an appointment when required and the online triage system works very well . I messaged at 4 pm today and got a phone call asking me to come in to be examined,i don’t think you can get better than that. If you need to be seen you will be , sometimes it’s easier for the patient and the doctor to get a phone call. Last year one of the doctors saved my husband’s life as she insisted he went to have an ecg and blood test before just increasing his medication it turned out he had suffered from a silent heart attack.

Thank you very much for the feedback that you have given. I will share this with the whole team here at Kings. I am glad that you have tried our new triage system and that you found the overall experience a positive one. We are continuously trying to improve patient experience when contact us for an appointment and feel that the new system has been beneficial towards patient experience. We are now able to offer a wide range of appointments including ones at our hub in Buckhurst way and with local pharmacists in addition to those from our Kings Avenue Surgery.

We always reflect on feedback given (both good and bad) and will continue to look for ways to improve the service that we offer.
