(as a service user),

I recently went to a gynaecology outpatient appointment at Lincoln County Hospital and was treated by Miss Harper and nurse Ruth for a sebaceous cyst removal.

They explained everything fully, reassured me and treated me with care and compassion in its removal.

I even managed to park OK, within a short walk of the facilities. Though the hospital looks run down, you are there for the care the staff provide. That was without question exceptional.
