"Courteous ,Caring Staff ."

Staff ,very caring and efficient .Doctors very thorough and professional in giving their advice .Receptionist always friendly and courteous in a very difficult busy occupation .Telephoned this morning as having asthma and COPD I had started with a severe chest infection .Even though all todays appointments had been taken the receptionist stated that she would watch for anyone cancelling their appointment and text myself if one came up which happened this afternoon and I was checked out by my Gp who found my lungs sounded very wheezy and congested and promptly prescribed antibiotics which I really was in need off .
