One year to the day following a 5 year thought about approaching my GP to mention that my hearing was not as it once was, I got my hearing aids fitted.
East Lothian Community Hospital in Haddington, Audiology department gave very good care and professionalism at both my test in Oct and aid fitting. The Hospital was clean airy bright and staff at reception most courteous and helpful.
The Audiologist equally courteous and helpful took me through what was going to happen and proceed to fit and adjust said hearing aids. I was taken on the minute of my scheduled appointment, and left the building feeling that I could not have received a better or more comprehensive customer experience. So hats off to the East Lothian Health and Social Care Partnership and NHS Lothian Audiology
I felt the complete range of staff acted as if I was the very reason for them being at work and I was certainly not an interruption to their day.
"Excellent care and facilities"
