(as a service user),

I attended the Henry Programme via Zoom, held by Emma in the Northern Trust. It's a programme designed to help families who are struggling with children who are picky eaters.

The delivery of the programme was excellent from start to finish. It was very thorough and it offered many manageable and  practical ways to encourage healthy eating in the home.

I was able to implement these ideas and I was able to see the difference that it made almost immediately. Thank you Emma for helping us along in our parenting journey. I wish you well in the future.
