I had been referred to the Henry Programme due to both my 7 year old and 4 year old being extremely fussy eaters. I had no prior knowledge of the Henry Programme before completing the programme.
I realised at the first session that it focused on a wide spectrum of family life issues which pleasantly surprised me as, as a mother certain parental tasks would sometimes be a struggle, for example my ability to give in easily to my children with eating, bedtime routine and screen time.
The Henry Programme has given me many coping techniques which I have started to apply and reap the benefits from them instantly. The course facilitator, Emma, was very helpful, non judgemental and had a positive attitude towards all aspects of the programme with great advice and support available from her at all times.
She provided excellent ideas along with videos to help support the learning. I would highly recommend the Henry Programme to all family careers no matter the parental stages they are at for the invaluable lessons have been a great help for our daily family life.
