"Kind words and appreciation for these ladies!!"

I thought that the women that took care of my copper IUD insertion (cannot remember if they were specifically doctors, consultants or nurses) were absolutely brilliant and from the start made me feel at ease.

I was feeling uneasy after the procedure and they made sure to look after me and get me a cup of tea and biscuits and kept checking up and were hesitant about letting me leave without feeling better. They handled it in the most professional way alongside treating me with respect and looking after me on a personal level.

Oonagh also rang me several hours later to check if I got home okay and if I was feeling any better.

It was absolutely brilliant how everything went today within the clinic and nothing but kind words and appreciation for these ladies!!
