(as a staff member posting for a patient/service user),

I had a 121 this morning with my new Recovery Worker James. Hes good at listening and comes across as calm. Hes got some good suggestions. I find my 121 sessions really helpful.

“Really good to hear that your new recovery worker has been supportive to your recovery process by listening, being non-judgemental and offering suggestions to benefit you in your recovery journey.

Please also consider the many groups that are offered at the hub and mutual aid. I am sure your recovery worker will be happy to give you more information at your next 1:1 session”.
