(as the patient),

A great experience with Dr. Brown, she spoke to me the whole way through the procedure, the staff was really good, their names where Donna, Avrel,  Pam and Jane. I would not want to be treated anywhere else.

The experience I had was excellent. I feel really good, and if I have another procedure I want it to be with Dr Brown and the staff.

It is gratifying to hear that you had such a positive experience.

We appreciate how anxious patients must be attending for these procedures and our goal is always to create an environment which helps relax and make the patient comfortable and part of that is explaining everything as we undertake it.

I will ensure that this is shared with Dr Brown, the staff you have mentioned and the whole team.
