My first few visits were not great. They were very lengthy and you saw someone different each time.

Recently been seeing a nurse called Cheryl - fantastic help, knowledgeable and feel looked after as if someone cares.

Hi Nicm74,

Thank you for your feedback; this is invaluable and allows us as a team to review internal processes. With the busy nature of Fracture Clinic Outpatient department and the range of medical staff on a Consultant clinic changing weekly we have found it can be difficult to maintain consistency. Your feedback has been discussed during safety briefing and it has been reinforced to all staff the importance of marking on individual patient charts the named medical staff on day to build on continuity of care, hopefully reducing stress for patients and improving their journeys within the department.

I am delighted you had the opportunity to meet SN Cheryl she is a brilliant nurse and was delighted with your feedback, and this can go towards her revalidation for patient feedback.
