I would like to see more hybrid groups so that those who are too shy to join in can still do so.

Inclusion do have a number of digital opportunities for clients. Silver Cloud, ACT, various digital facilitated groups for both day and evening time, Breaking Free, SMART on line and of course mutual aid on line.

There are also peer led opportunities on line. Speak to staff in your hub they will be able to direct you to the resources and help you either refer or login.

If people have difficulty accessing technology Inclusion can also help by giving you the equipment and space in the hub to get on line and in certain instances a dongle to support your recovery.
