I feel that if you come from your home town you should work in a different hub as its hard to work with someone who knows everything about you.

I absolutely take on your comments. If you find that your relationship with your key worker is compromised by prior knowledge then I am very willing to hear this and look to reallocating a case to another worker. There are several members of the Andover team that are not from Andover. Also consider that a staff member may not be from the local area but have worked in the area for many years thus getting to know the population.

Another consideration is that staff also have a right to apply for jobs near to where they live. Just as service users have a right to expect a non judgemental treatment journey. Whether they seek one in the town they come from or in another location.

Please feels free to come forward and explain your concerns to me in person. We can then find a way forward
