I was telephoned and spoken to with kindness respect and patience. I'm going through a tough time grieving and physical difficulties associated with it , or time of life. The woman listened and responded appropriately with care. She knew her role through and through- she was able to signpost x and y and z and thought about things I hadn't. She had followed up with sending suggestions and making referrals. I feel very lucky my doctor thought to refer me to such an outstanding

practitioner. Very best to Addison road for employing this wholeheartedly pleasant person.
