About: Upton Lane Medical Centre

I booked in my appointment on online triage. I got my confirmation text for my appointment on accurx. When I arrived at the surgery I have logged in to self checking monitor to tell them I am here. The place was clean and plenty of seating available. The appointment was on time. I would like to thank the doctor who examined, diagnosed and treated me with medication which resolved my problem.
