I attended ward 7 PRI for a planned knee replacement. I was beyond anxious at the thought of surgery and the days following and so was dreading the day arriving.
From the moment we set foot onto ward 7 the staff were all incredible, from the charge nurse to the student nurses. They could not be more understanding of my worries and how they could help to support me through the surgery. Theatre staff were amazing and went out their way to reassure me.
On returning to the ward following the operation the ward staff again could not do enough to help to being my rehabilitation.
All in all I could not praise every member of staff in ward 7 and actually all staff I came across during my time there and thank them for all their care and attention.
