I rang this morning to arrange a blood test. The receptionist was extremely helpful and arranged an appointment almost immediately which saved me a great deal of stress and anxiety. The practice nurse I deal with made me feel at ease and it was obvious that my issues were important to her. Both the receptionist and the practice nurse were extremely professional and I am extremely grateful for the way I was dealt with.
