About: Royal Hospital for Children (Glasgow) / Accident & Emergency

(as a parent/guardian),

My little boy had to attend A&E at the RHSC. The department was extremely busy but every single member of staff were kind, compassionate and professional.

The registrar, Elliot, who saw my son was fantastic and explained everything he was doing whilst putting my son at ease. 

Thank you to every single member of staff we encountered.

Thank you for taking the time to leave us your feedback. I am sorry to hear that your son had to attend our Emergency Department but pleased to hear that you had a good experience while doing so and felt well looked after and comfortable.

I will share your lovely feedback with all the staff in the Emergency Department and I am sure they will be delighted with your lovely words, especially Elliot who you have named personally. It means such a lot to our teams to know they are making a difference to those who have to attend our hospital.
