Its an easygoing supportive atmosphere. Its the first time ive got an understanding of ACT and Im working towards applying the principles in my life. What i didn't get in the past was any mental health help, which i am now finally getting. This has been a big help. A great strength of Inclusion has been to be able to help in lots of different areas including group therapy, mental health support and help with substances.

Thank you for your feedback, I am so pleased that you are getting the right support from the service. ACT is a very popular group and has seen many successes from people who attend regularly. We try and look at all aspects of a persons life not just substance misuse, as you have found substance misuse is part of the issue but there are many other issues to be resolved as well. I wish you well with your recovery and will pass on your feedback to the team.
