About: Alexandra Hospital

I was told I should attend Princess Alexandra Hospital for a CT Scan on Saturday 23rd March at 09:30am and then immediately attend Same Day Emergency Care to meet Urologist and discuss the results of my scan. CT Scan went according to plan. I went across to Same Day Emergency Care where there was a lot of confusion. Apparently Urologist do not work weekends. Why was this not known by staff ahead of my appointment?

So I had to rebook to attend 08:00 on Monday morning and spend all morning at Same Day Emergency Care. I don't know if staff are aware (or care) that I run a business and having to take time out for repeated visits causes me distress as well as upsetting my customer base and ultimately my income. Parking at Princess Alexandra Hospital is always a problem. This appears a very unprofessional service.
