"Helped me feel I'm not alone."

About: Inclusion Recovery Hampshire / Gosport

(as a service user),

Helped with getting me back motivated.

Gave me something to get up for.

I met new people who have similar situations as me.

Helped me feel I'm not alone.

I was able to see what I'm doing right and wrong with my family.

I found the groups interesting.

The people who ran the groups were helpful and caring it was called Family Footprint.
