"Fantastic Therapist "

I just wanted to express my deepest gratitude to the wonderful therapists I have been fortunate to meet and have sessions with.

I recently received cbt/talking therapy from a lovely therapist who made me feel so comfortable, important and valued. I struggled to attend in the beginning but she didn’t give up on me and on being honest with her, she was very supportive and understanding. I began to feel like I was visiting a friend and I have greatly benefited from the service.

I felt privileged to receive this service and I feel that the service doesn’t receive the recognition it deserves. I have received support from Croydon Iapt in the past, a few years ago and thought exactly the same. The service the therapist's provide is invaluable and I really cannot recommend it enough. I tell others who are struggling how easy it is to self refer and how efficient, and thorough the service provided is to each individual.

I’m so proud of this service in the borough that I reside in especially as we are on the list of one of the most depressing places to live!! That may well be but the Iapt service is incredible. Thank you all for the amazing service you provide, it’s much needed and appreciated.
