I was recently referred to Newmedica for a lens replacement in both eyes as a consequence of cataract progression.

I attended the clinic for initial consultation and subsequent operation on the left eye, to be followed by the right eye.

The clinical staff were calm professionalism personified and put me entirely at my ease.

Prior to and during the operation the staff fully informed me of what to expect and what I would experience during the operation.

The actual operation was as painless and untraumatic as I was advised and it was over before I realised it.

Three days later, my left eye can clearly see now and I’m delighted with the results. Having spent a fair amount of time in hospital lately I can honestly say I’m actually looking forward to my next eye operation.

I can’t thank the clinical staff or praise them enough for what they’ve for me.
