I was assessed by Psicon for ADHD. All the way through the process every staff member I dealt with was kind, helpful and empathic. They explained every part of the process clearly and proactively followed up with me as necessary to ensure that the process was smooth, efficient and as stress free as possible.

The assessment itself was carried out by a qualified Psychiatrist, who was a specialist in ADHD and also works in the NHS. The psychiatrist was professional and kind and clearly explained what would happen in the assessment, the outcome and next steps. I felt like I was in safe hands.

The experience I had with Psicon was one of the best experiences I have had with a healthcare provider in a long time.
