I attended the clinic and the all the staff were friendly and courteous. They were all very professional and the consultant took time to explain what she was going to do and what might be the cause. She was also gentle in carrying out the piece of equipment I needed up my nose.
The only issue was that I couldn’t have a full hearing test as a piece of equipment was broken. I was informed of this on arrival and they did the best they could at the time and if it was required they would book a further test if needed.
They did keep me informed of what was going on.
