"Excellent service and Excellent staff"

My previous cataract surgery was at this practice in 2018 and was confident of returning to have my other eye done. The assessment was done on time and was very thorough. The clinic is spotless, welcoming with cheery staff, free hot and cold drinks whilst you wait .My surgery was scheduled for the following week, although I have had had cataract surgery done before I was still nervous. Once again the appointment was carried out on time, staff answered all my questions and put me at ease. Eyes drops done, I met the nurse and surgeon before my operation, again I was put at ease. The operation its self was pain free, I was spoken to as the procedure was carried out, and before I knew it, it was over. I was helped back to a discharge nurse who explained the treatment I'd just had, what I could and could not do for the next two week, and how and when to start putting in my eye drops. I would definitely recommend this practice, and the same company/practive whichever area you live in, as I feel confident the same high standards will be met wherever they are based.
