Just wanted to say how much I appreciate the help and kindness of the doctors- in particular a doctor who works via telephone consultation and also a doctor who came to my rescue when away this weekend and concerned about not having enough anti inflammatory eye drops post eye surgery.

They go the extra mile- which makes all the difference. Lately I have also found the telephone receptionists to be very helpful and considerate.

What a lovely message, Thank you very much for sharing the experience. We love to do our job well and are always striving to go the extra mile. I think the new location has had a positive impact on the team who work very long hours on the phones often taking in excess of 700 call in a day as well as dealing with e-consults and walk in patients. I hope that we are able to continue to build on the service level as we get used to our new homes and enjoy the huge advantages we can offer patients with safe accessible premises. your feedback help us to celebrate what we get right as well as examine any mistakes and seek improvements in our services.
