I visited the practice to have blood tests, due to extreme tiredness and feeling fatigue, after a few days I recieved a text message to say my bloods had all came back normal, therefore I was going mad thinking what are these symptoms then, fast forward to 5 days after I got another message saying I had low folate and doctor had prescribed me folic acid. This was very confusing, I had been told a few days previous nothing was wrong. I rang surgery to just let them know what had happened and the receptionist had explained what had happened, but being sent messages saying bloods are normal when there not should not be happening. It's a shame because this doctor surgery is generally very good and always helpful.
"Great practice, but simple mistake made"
