"Neck surgery"

About: Queen Elizabeth University Hospital Glasgow / Neurology (Ward 53 and 57) Queen Elizabeth University Hospital Glasgow / Neurosurgery (Ward 64 – 66)

(as the patient),

The care I received in ward 66 was second to none. All the nursing staff were fabulous, in particular nurse Natalya and Nurse Emma. These 2 nurses went above and beyond to get my pain medication right for me and I can't thank them enough.

I was then moved to ward 67  where again all the nursing staff were great.

The NHS should be very proud of their staff.

They really helped me both physically and emotionally at a very scary time for me.

Dear CKr66,

Thank you so much for taking the time to provide feedback of your care experience within Ward 66 & Ward 67. Receiving such lovely feedback from our patients means so much to our nursing teams. I will ensure that your kind words are shared with Ward 66 team, specifically Natalya and Emma.

Best wishes for your recovery,

Pamela (Philp)

Interim Lead Nurse, Neurosurgery & OMFS
