A real lack of accountability and ability to follow up here

1 month ago I asked about travel vaccinations and was told to call at 8am the next day to book an appointment, I was on the phone for an hour only for someone to say that it's actually a travel form I need to fill in, I was sent one electronically and 2 weeks later I followed this up only to be told they hadn't received it even though it shows up on my phone

Then last week I was told to fill in a paper form, I have filled out 2 and had no calls back

No one cares at this GP surgery and it really is a joke with how they conduct things

Please do yourself a favour and register elsewhere, I will in the short term future because this is horrible compared to my boyfriends experience where they got back to him promptly in 1 week and he lives in Croydon
