"We were so impressed"

We were so impressed with our experience at the A&E at the RAH.

My wee boy fell and landed on his wrist at school and we took him up for someone to have a look at it. When we arrived the waiting room was absolutely packed and we were preparing ourselves for a long wait. We were triaged within minutes of arrival by one of your physios and sent for an xray. After the xray the physio reviewed the scan and took time to explain how best to manage the injury.

At all points we could see how busy each area was, however, we were ultimately in and back out within an hour. We were so impressed with the efficiency of the process and the  utilisation of the skills and expertise of AHP staff.
