"We had immense confidence in all the staff who visited"

About: South West & Southampton Division / Frailty Support Team - Lymington

(as the patient),

I was referred by a paramedic from 111 service due to mobility problems. I was unable to stand unaided. I use a rollator in doors and wheelchair outside but I couldn't even move my feet.

The Frailty Team spent 2 weeks visiting me almost every day, sometimes twice. We can only feel complete gratitude for all their efforts to sort out water tablets.

We both had immense confidence in all the staff who visited.

Not only did they manage to organise water tablets, but also blood pressure tablets and antibiotics.

Everybody who visited were absolutely brilliant and much appreciated by us.
