The Senior Health Care Assistant took me through all the preliminaries prior to seeing the Ophthalmic Specialist. She was very polite, efficient, kind and put me at ease straight away.
The appointment with Ophthalmic Specialist was also excellent and he allowed time for me to ask questions which put my mind at ease.
All the hospital staff and volunteers that I met were very helpful as well.
