I had a serious relapse two and half years ago and lost control. It culminated in me having a serious life changing accident.
When I was able to get outside again..I had to learn to walk again.. Stuart from CGLT was allocated as my support. He helped me enormously to get back on track.
At the end of last year I had another relapse and again Stuart was my go to support. He helped me talk through my problems on a weekly basis and supported me by being kind and understanding as well as professionally knowledgeable.
He helped me put the pieces back together again.
