"Exceptional care and treatment in busy department"

About: Altnagelvin Area Hospital / Emergency department

(as a service user),

Following a car accident my son and I attended A&E at Altnagelvin. I can only thank the staff from admin/triage nurse and doctor for their exceptional care and treatment despite an extremely busy day in A&E.

It was exceptional how (despite the pressure that the service was under) staff maintained the generous, kind and understanding attitude for all there.
