I am so grateful for the help and advice provided to my daughter today. She was in pain and very distressed after an outbreak of eczema around her eyes.
I was able to make a same day appointment with a doctor at our usual surgery. The doctor was extremely helpful, reassuring my daughter and providing practical advice. We didn’t feel rushed and we were able to ask all of the questions we wanted to raise with the doctor.
The reception staff were also very friendly and helpful.
