"not doing Well .. False info by wemc"

I cant get appointment for test results for end of last year , the statement below is rubbish that wemc left on this site.

On average 50% of our GP appointments are available online to book, these can be booked 1 day, 2 days, 3 days, or 7 days in advance, they are mostly face to face appointments but there are telephone appointments available also. The other 50% are available to book via telephone on the day ..

ring you never got appt , on line is ok if need cancer smear , got fed up of ringing and i look on line 3 anf 4 times per week and at midnight was told to do this by recpt but never appt think if your face fits you get one ...
