I recently had to see a Doctor and

2 Nurses during a difficult and complex few months with my health.They all listened comprehensively to what I needed; with care and thought. This in turn helped to provide me with the best way forward medically, putting several strategies in place for my wellbeing.I also found the reception staff to be proficient,friendly and empathetic, when directing me to the professional I required. They listened carefully, with an understanding of my requests, so that I could be seen as swiftly as possible.I was fully reassured and assisted each step of the way.
