"Aston Health Care closed due to training"

I arrived at Aston to make my warfarin order to find the practice closed.

I would appreciate a notice informing me that Aston are in a training session please? I had to enquire at Boots along with two other people who were puzzled by the situation. I learned, also, no-one was manning the phones in the practice that afternoon for me to place my order.

Please could you make it clear when your training sessions are.
