"No longer a great practice"

Ringing for appt, holding on for just under an hour only to be told there are no appts left, can’t make appt at reception so referred to NHS on line still no appts available. Had to book emergency appt only to be asked what was my most important problem, maybe they’re connected. Felt like I’m a nuisance at age 76 I needed more help and advice. I am suffering with headaches and pain day and night so very little sleep. I don’t want to be a problem patient and try not to keep making appts but I can’t get one that I feel helps me. I’m told if I’m not happy I can always move to another practice. Frustrating but can’t really voice my opinions as I know I’ll be struck off. Receptionists aren’t much help and quite off hand. This surgery always had my praise and I’d recommend them to all but not now as it always seems to be unhelpful. Very disappointed although I am undergoing some tests but only for one problem, I genuinely need help and advice on another problem and only ask for a proper and genuine appt which is what I was advised to do by a doctor there.They said I needed to make a 20 minute appt. This so far has not been possible as by the time I’ve had my call answered there are no available appts. I have tried several times but just give up. Very disappointed.
