"Fantastic service "

Having read through some of the reviews for the surgery, I’d like to say my experience has been the complete opposite! I almost always am able to get an urgent appointment when I need one and if not have been given alternative options.

A few weeks ago I noticed a new lump which I started to become worried about, I was passing by the surgery so went in instead of calling (this was around 10:30am) and was advised by the lovely lady with the eyelashes that there were no appointments left until the following week but to call back at 2 to try and get an emergency appointment. She had already rang me back before 12 o’clock with a cancellation slot! The clinician I saw was absolutely wonderful and couldn’t have made me feel more at ease and welcomed, I didn’t feel rushed in the slightest. I was then referred and have already had my hospital appointment (11 days after the initial appointment!)…So a massive thanks to the surgery for the fast and friendly service.
